The Electric Zoo Festival in Brooklyn has started selling Early Bird tickets to its 2012 incarnation, with the opportunity for fans to give input on who they want to appear at the 2012 edition of the festival. And it would seem no name is too lofty for the massive electronic / dance party: Electric Zoo enjoyed immediate success when the likes of David Guetta and Deadmau5 headlined its inaugural year in 2009, and now counts Skrillex and other 2011 Grammy nominees on the long list of festival alumni.
This year, 3 ticket packages are on sale:
- General Admission ($259) – 3-day entry, ferry/shuttle bus access, All Ages
- VIP ($549) – Everything above, plus express festival entry, VIP lounge, exclusive Main Stage viewing area, VIP bathrooms, prime parking (21+)
- Platinum ($999) – Everything above, plus complementary food / open bar, premium Main Stage viewing area, plus a 2nd Platinum-only VIP area (21+)
For all three packages, 3-day parking passes are available as an add-on purchase if you plan on driving to the festival, with the higher-end packages receiving priority parking.
