The iconic My Bloody Valentine has just announced a three day Japanese tour slated for February 2013. The band formed in Dublin, Ireland in 1983 and reached their peak in 1991 with the album Loveless. The album took nearly two years to make and nearly bankrupted Creation Records, they then went on hiatus. This tour will mark a milestone in the band’s history since their reunion in 2007 and tour through the UK, US, and festival circuit in 2008. They have also just reissued the albums Loveless and Isn’t Anything this month as well as a compilation of EPs called simply EP’s 1988-1991.

Here are their Japanese dates (more dates soon, please?):

02-06 Osaka, Japan – The Hatch
02-07 Tokyo, Japan – Studio Coast
02-08 Tokyo, Japan – Studio Coast
