Point your eyes at PBS tomorrow for a folk-themed Texas two-step: Joanna Newsom and Fleet Foxes are set to appear on Austin City Limits. After fitting her shorter songs into performances on the late-night circuit – Fallon, Kimmel and Letterman – Newsom will have the chance to broadcast some of her longer songs to a TV audience. She’ll play The Milk-Eyed Mender’s “Bridges and Balloons,” and Have One On Me’s “Good Intentions Paving Company” as well as the title track. Fleet Foxes will be playing selections from Helplessness Blues.
