Twitter, Twitter! Our favorite concerts, haphazardly distilled into 140-character chunks.

We’re going to turn this tour review into a friendly Jay-Z / Kanye competition, because wasn’t that the whole ethos behind Watch the Throne?¬†Two undisputed heavyweights of the rap world, already at the pinnacle of popularity, turned in a collaborative album to brag about how great they are / motivate themselves to try to outdo the other on every track. It’s like a Jordan / Pippen motivational scenario, but with two Jordans.

Question is: who is the Jordan-est? In our search to define a clear #1, we took a Twitter poll on the reactions to the Watch the Throne tour at Madison Square Garden in New York last night:

Jay-Z and Kanye played the Madison Square Garden on the Watch the Throne tour.

Hmm – that’s 5 votes for Hov, 1 for Ye. So far, it’s Jay-Z in a landslide. But wait! Shouldn’t knocks against them factor into the decision? I’m going to subtract a point for dis Tweets (this is my contest, I make the rules!)

@BenjLerer cracked me up when he compared Jay to my favorite fruit / 90s athlete, while I’m going to score @HeatherPark’s “Outfit Count” as a positive for Ye (mad styles, yo!) rather than a negative (mad vanity, yo!).

Jay-Z and Kanye played the Madison Square Garden on the Watch the Throne tour.If you’re keeping score, that’s Jay-Z 3, Kanye 2. And @Showtyme13 makes the point that just might even things out: perhaps Jay-Z dominated the set itself (reports indicate it felt like a Jay-Z solo show with WTT material sprinkled in), but Kanye’s a walking spectacle, and maybe he taught Jay some of that concert swagger. So where does that leave us? You decide:
